A pound of Chron? WTF?

This is a recent post on a forum I frequent from time to time.
WTF is this guy thinking? I have seen people try to score ounces, quarters, even qp's, but this is the first for someone trying to hook up with a pound. And he wants "chronic" no less.
Or, is he trying to sell his "p"'s of "mids".
Either way, this falls into my first WTF post.
